    1. A man can always use a little more protein in his diet, especially protein that is not from a powder! LOL!

    2. For those of us that have a "thicker" mid section there are sources of protein that are calorie free.

    3. I just had a morning smoothie but I bet it was not nearly as tasty as the one our friend here is fixing.

  3. The B Boys have discovered a secret...
How to take a long road trip without the usual fatigue and soreness at the end of the day.
    1. Start your day with a light breakfast...perhaps a smoothie ;-)
    2. Have morning sex...endorphins are so relaxing. Then hit the road.
    3. Break the journey with a nude picnic lunch...bare assed in nature with the sun on your skin.
    4. Have a "nooner"....to restart the flow of endorphins.
    5. Stop for a midafternoon make out session...a tongue and lip sandwich will hit the spot.
    6. Don't drive too late in the evening. Let the driver know it is time to stop for the night...a few nipple tweaks and dick squeezes should get the message across.
    7. Once you stop and have dinner a long, steamy shower for two taking special care to get the dust of traveling off your body is just what you need.

You will sleep beautifully and wake up refreshed and ready for another day.

PS. It takes longer to get there, but WHO CARES!

  4. Bruce and I tested this theory on our way up to Canada and are testing it on the way back home. It works...without exception!

    1. We have a road trip planned for October. It would normally take about 5 or 6 hours. Now, I guess I'll have to plan for an overnight stop on the way!

  7. Dearest all: I was supposed to retire today Friday June 30th but because of my urinary infection, the cystoscopies, including one small incision into my urethra, etc. etc. I forgot they were coming to install my blinds in my new condo, so I took Friday off. Happy 4th of July. Most likely I will not look again at the blogs until about the 9th of July.
